01Who we are
Bigello is a marketing and technology studio. We operate as a sole proprietorship trading as Bigello in Pakistan, based at Office 15, 4th Floor, Ali Tower, MM Alam Road, Lahore, with a US entity, Bigello LLC, being established. Throughout this policy, “Bigello”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean this business.
This policy covers our website at bigello.com and the people we deal with through it — visitors, prospective clients who send a brief, newsletter subscribers, and clients we work with. If you ever want to know exactly what we hold about you, just get in touch— that’s the whole point of writing this plainly.
In plain English
We’re a small studio. We collect the minimum we need to reply to you and do the work, and we don’t sell your data to anyone — ever.
02What we collect
We only collect information in a few specific situations:
When you send us a brief
Our contact formasks for your name and email (required), and optionally your company, phone/WhatsApp, the service you’re interested in, a budget range, and your project brief. You choose what to put in the brief, so please don’t include sensitive details you’d rather we didn’t hold.
When you contact us directly
If you email us, message us on WhatsApp, or call our Pakistan or US lines, we’ll have whatever you send — your message, your number, and any files you share.
When you subscribe to updates
If you opt in to our newsletter or updates, we keep your email address and the fact that you subscribed.
Automatically, when you browse
Like most sites, ours records basic technical and usage data through analytics and cookies — see cookies & analytics below and our dedicated Cookie Policy.
03How we use it
We use your information to:
- Reply to you and scope your project — the first reply comes from a person, not a form.
- Deliver and manage our services if you become a client.
- Send updates you asked for, such as our newsletter — and nothing you didn’t.
- Understand how the site is used so we can make it faster and clearer.
- Meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We rely on your consent (for marketing emails and non-essential cookies), the performance of a contract (to deliver work you’ve engaged us for), and our legitimate interests (to respond to enquiries and run the studio) as the bases for processing.
In plain English
We use your details to talk to you and do the work. We don’t profile you, and we don’t add you to marketing lists without you opting in.
04Cookies & analytics
We use a small number of cookies and Google Analyticsto see which pages are read, where visitors come from, and what’s slow — in aggregate, not to identify you personally. Analytics cookies are only set where you allow them.

05Email & marketing
If you subscribe to our updates or newsletter, we’ll email you occasionally about our work, thinking and services. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe, and we honour it immediately. We never sell or rent your email address.
If you’re a client, we may also email you about your project and things closely related to it — that’s part of doing the work, not marketing.
06Client project data
To do our work — SEO, ads, development, ecommerce, content, design — we’re often given access to client systems and data: analytics and ad accounts, content management and ecommerce platforms, hosting, CRM records, and sometimes the personal data of yourcustomers. We treat all of it as confidential and only use it to deliver the agreed work.
Where we process personal data on a client’s behalf, we act as a processorand the client remains the controller. We handle that data only on the client’s documented instructions, keep it secure, and return or delete it at the end of the engagement on request. The terms of each engagement are set out in our Terms & Conditions and any data-processing terms we sign.
07Who we share with
We don’t sell your data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run the studio, and only as far as they need it to do their job. These include:
- Email & hosting — to receive your messages and run the site.
- Analytics — Google Analytics, for aggregate usage insight.
- Email marketing tools — to send updates you’ve subscribed to.
- Payment, accounting & legal advisers — for invoicing and compliance.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our clients, or the safety of others. If Bigello’s ownership ever changes, we’ll tell affected parties before any data moves.
08How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as we have a reason to. Enquiries that don’t turn into work are cleared out periodically. Client records are kept for the life of the engagement and for as long afterwards as our legal, tax and accounting duties require. Newsletter data stays until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your data sooner — see your rights below.
09Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us to:
- Show you what personal data we hold about you.
- Correct anything that’s wrong or out of date.
- Delete your data, where we don’t need to keep it.
- Stop using it for marketing — unsubscribe any time.
- Receive a copy in a portable format, or have it sent elsewhere.
Email hello@bigello.comand we’ll sort it out — usually within 30 days. We won’t charge you for a reasonable request. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
10Security & transfers
We take sensible, proportionate steps to protect your information — access controls, reputable providers, and limiting who can see what to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is ever 100% secure, but we work to keep the risk low and we’ll act quickly if anything goes wrong.
We work across six countries and our team is based in Pakistan, so your information may be processed in Pakistan, the United States, and wherever our service providers operate. Wherever it goes, this policy applies.
11Changes & contact
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top and, for anything significant, do our best to let you know. The version on this page is always the current one.
