We choose who wefight for.
We believe every business deserves a fair fight — but we can only fight well for a few at a time, so we’re careful about who we take on. This page is the honest version: the businesses we do our best work with, the rare newcomer we’ll bet on, what we ask of you in return, and where we’re simply not the right team. Read it before you write to us. If it sounds like you, we’d love to say hello.
We sign people up when it makes sense for both sides.
Our take
A good engagement is a win–win — you get growth worth more than you paid, and we get work worth doing well. That only happens when both sides share the same idea of what’s fair: what things cost, how long they take, and who owns what. We choose our clients so we can protect that balance — not out of arrogance, but because a partnership built on a fair deal is the only kind that lasts.
- What we look for
- A fair, win–win deal — real value on both sides, understood the same way by both of us.
- Who thrives with us
- Funded startups and established businesses alike — anyone grounded who spends to scale.
- What fuels it
- Reliable funding and focus. Not age or size — a week-old company can be a perfect fit.
- How we decide
- A frank conversation. If we’re not the right team, we’ll say so plainly — no hard feelings.
Grounded. Funded. All in.
None of these are about size or prestige — a funded startup can tick every box a twenty-year veteran does. Funding matters (it’s the fuel), but it’s never the point — the point is a partner we can do great work with. Mostly these are about mindset: the traits that keep the deal fair and the work great. We back builders and smart risk-takers, and the more of them sound like you, the better we’ll be together.
This business matters to you. We pour everything into making it work, and that only pays off when you’re focused too — not running it on the side, or with your attention split somewhere else.
Good work compounds; it doesn’t land overnight. The best partnerships give us room to learn your business, your customers and your products over time — and the patience to let steady progress add up. Commit for the long term and the results keep climbing.
Often that’s because you’ve worked with an agency before — so you can see the value we add, and we don’t just look like “another agency.” It’s not a hard requirement, but sharing a reference point for good work makes the whole partnership easier for both of us.
You live in the real world, where time is money and not everything is possible at once. You know a task’s hours are a real cost, that funding alone doesn’t bend the clock, and you’d rather have a consultant’s read than an order-taker. That shared reality is where a fair plan starts.
One person, dedicated to coordinating with us — so communication is timely, decisions get made, and information and assets arrive when they’re needed. Without it, a project drifts and everyone’s time gets wasted.
You keep your meeting commitments, reply, and decide on time. Waiting is wasted man-hours on both sides, and it skews the work. People who respect our time respect us — and those partnerships move fast and feel good.
It’s not about age or size: we love working with startups — the funded ones — every bit as much as established businesses. What counts is reliable money behind the build and the marketing, so the plan can actually run and the deal stays fair to both sides.
You have reliable funds for the build and the marketing, and you understand you invest before the growth, not after it. Even lean, you know a small budget is managed and grown gradually — you can read progress without panicking about it.
If the plan is to advertise, there’s money behind it. A mature partner starting lean still gets that we may compromise on some things early, that scaling is gradual, and that steady progress in the right direction beats everything at once. See how we run paid advertising.
Pricing, supply chain, sales and customer service are in working order. Marketing amplifies a business that works; it can’t rescue slow replies or missed leads. Fix the operations and let us amplify the result — that’s when marketing looks like magic.
This is the one that ties the rest together. You get that a good engagement is a win–win — fair value on both sides — and you can tell the difference between pushing for a sharp deal and pushing for a one-sided one. Get this, and everything else tends to fall into place.
Exceptional gets exceptional treatment.
Everything on this page is our default — not our law. When someone genuinely inspires us, none of it is fixed: we’ll bend, and sometimes break, our own rules to work with you.
If you inspire us, write anyway
If your idea is genuinely exceptional — real change and innovation, not a repackage of what already exists — and your vision, attitude and energy match it, we’ll break the rules to accommodate you. Funding, track record, the usual boxes: for the right founder we’ll flex all of it and still find a way to keep the deal fair. Bold, industry-changing people are exactly the fight we love — win us over on the vision, and the rest we’ll figure out together.
A partnership, not a handoff.
Great work is a two-way effort. These are the few things we need from you to give you our best — none of them expensive, all of them decisive.
- One point of contact
- Someone who can coordinate, decide, and get us what we need — so nothing stalls waiting on an answer.
- Timely decisions
- Kept meetings and prompt replies. Every day of waiting is man-hours lost and a project knocked off course.
- Clear, agreed scope
- We’ll tell you in the sales process what’s in and what’s out. A website build isn’t content or photography unless we say so — extra work is welcome, and it’s quoted, not assumed.
- Funding that fits
- Reliable budget for the build and the marketing. Start lean if you like — just not on empty.
- Your operations working
- Pricing, supply, sales and service running well, so marketing has something real to amplify.
- Trust in the plan
- Room to do the work properly, and the patience to let gradual scaling compound. You’ll see the direction.
We hold up our end.
We ask a lot because we give a lot. When the fit is right, it shows — the work runs smoothly and clients tend to be genuinely delighted. Here’s what a Bigello partnership looks like from your side.
- Everything we’ve got
- We treat your business like it’s ours — one in-house team that builds, grows, creates and automates, under one roof.
- Honesty, always
- No fabricated metrics, no guaranteed-#1 claims. Real numbers, plainly reported — honesty is our edge.
- We’ll push back
- When a request is bad for your business, we’ll say so. You’re paying us for judgement, not just hands.
- Timely replies
- A quick, real answer from a person — around the clock, across the time zones we work in.
- Respect for your time
- We keep our commitments too. We waste neither your hours nor ours — the respect runs both ways.
- The quickest honest route
- We start from “yes,” then find the fastest truthful way there. Constraints are a brief, not a wall.
- Better every day
- Once we understand your business, customers and products, we keep improving the work — small gains, compounding, all the time.
The honest no.
No hard feelings, and we mean it. If any of these is you right now, the win–win isn’t there yet — and we’d rather say so than take on work we can’t do right by. Most of it is about timing, not character.
The deal only works with reliable money behind it — for the build and the marketing both. If spending has to wait until after you’ve scaled, the timing isn’t right yet. Come back when you’re ready to spend to scale, and we’ll happily pick it up.
A fair deal runs both directions. We’re glad to do more — it’s simply quoted, not assumed. When extra scope keeps getting added to a fixed price after we’re deep in a project, the win–win quietly turns one-sided, and that’s not a partnership either of us enjoys.
If meetings slip, decisions stall, and we’re left waiting, the project suffers and the hours burn. If you can’t spare one person to work with us on time, the timing isn’t right.
When sales are lost to slow replies, unclear pricing, or a supply gap, more marketing won’t rescue it — and asking us to work harder on the same money won’t either. Get the operations right first; then let us amplify a business that’s ready.
If the business is a side thought, or your attention is elsewhere, our all-in effort has nothing to lock onto. We’d rather wait until it’s the thing you care about most.
The questions we get asked.
The honest ones people ask before reaching out. If yours isn’t here, just ask us.
Do you work with startups?
Yes — we love working with startups, the funded ones especially. Age and size aren’t the filter; reliable funding and focus are. A week-old company with money behind it and a clear head can be a perfect fit. If you’re early and not yet funded, we can still say yes when the idea is genuinely exceptional and set to change its industry.
What if we’re on a tight budget?
We work happily with lean budgets, but not with no budget. Development and marketing need reliable funding. If a rolling contract is a stretch, we’d rather excuse ourselves honestly than under-deliver — because good work on unreliable funding helps no one.
We’ve never used a marketing agency before. Is that a problem?
It’s not a dealbreaker, but clients who’ve worked with an agency before tend to see the difference in our work faster. If you’ve never had that reference point, you may struggle to tell us apart from the last shop — and that makes it harder for both of us to know the value we’re adding.
What do you need from us to do your best work?
One dedicated point of contact who can coordinate and decide, timely responses and materials, a budget that matches the ambition, and the rest of your business — pricing, supply, sales, customer service — in working order. Marketing amplifies a working business; it can’t paper over a broken one.
Do you guarantee results or #1 rankings?
No. Honesty is our edge: no fabricated metrics and no guaranteed-#1 claims. We promise real effort, real numbers reported plainly, and the quickest honest route to results — not a promise we can’t keep. It’s the same standard we hold across SEO, conversion and paid work.

Sound like you? Come say hello.
If you’re funded, grounded and in it for the long game — or an early founder with an idea worth the risk — tell us what you’re building, in a paragraph or a deck. If we’re not the right team, we’ll say so honestly, and point you toward who is.
